Paid on app only to find store closed with no notes on door or drive thru. Now I'm out money until the app refunds it. They're ALWAYS out of everything. Staff is always miserable. Save yourself the headache and go to the north 9th one

Been there a couple times for take out and the food was horrible they didn't give me all my order I found out after driving all the way home Not going back Ever

Very disappointed! I live outside of town and on a schedule when running errands. We were close to Popeyes at 11am and since my wife and I hadn't had breakfast we decided to do brunch here. The Lobby being closed because of the lack of employees. We went to the drive thru. After waiting for about 5 minutes a lady came from inside to our car and let us know that they did not have any food ready at this time. Ummm, don't posted times mean anything anymore?Well, Needless to say we left and went elsewhere. Won't be back here for awhile. I'm concerned that with the terrible management at this restaurant the business won't last much longer. In this case I hope I'm wrong. Miss my Popeyes chicken.

Waited at the speaker box for 10 minutes before a cop came and told us and the five cars behind us that no one was in the store, lights were out, doors were locked, and there was no sign or anything to tell people. On a Friday at lunchtime.

This one non uniform employee restaurant is gathering a line of customers it is unable to help. and there is nothing preventing this location from wasting the time and money of many customers. there is nothing posted anywhere or alerts from the app to say that the location is closed. You can't call them, they won't answer in the drive thru intercom. if you're lucky they're brave enough to go to the drive thru window and tell you they are closed.

I love Popeyes chicken. I take issue with this location. The drive through sign has been broken for years. I don't remember the last time I ordered from someone who seemed like they were happy with their job or even just faking it to be kind to customers. This makes me upset because we were so excited to get this location as a stand-alone Popeyes in Salina. This location has only continued to go downhill soncenit opened and I'm afraid there is little food to say about it now.
