The lady at the register did an excellent job fixing my ordering mistake (I found out a large is twice as expensive as a medium) and was quite patient with me causing such a screw up during lunch. Top notch staff to be pleasant even when things aren't going right.

Was really nervous because the assistant GM stated that it would be a little bit of a long wait time, and per my experience a couple of months ago I was fully anticipating on a 20+ minute wait. I was also scared to come back for that reason. But I was absolutely blown away by the Assistant GM. Shelby I think is her name. I also was greeted very kindly by the other older man working. I only waited 10 minutes and my food was perfect. My salad was fresh and the veggies were crisp, I also had the half sandwich ham and cheese and it was also incredible. They offered me a cookie for the wait and I politely declined but appreciated the amazing effort considering they looked very busy, understaffed and rushed. Will definitely be coming back soon!! Unbelievable! Veggie sandwich - couple paper thin tomatoes and lettuce, nothing else. I think it was around $8. I’ve lived in Texas and Colorado and love schlotzskys but seems every time I go to this one in salina i am disappointed.

The so called general manager was on her phone the entire time. Took our order wrong. Proceeded to make it and let it run off the conveyor into the trash. When we asked for a refund she was incredibly rude and handed us a ticket that said void. We haven't redirected the money back nor did we get any food. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
