Went for coffee in the morning, asked for heavy cream in my coffee and they put a drop. LOL If id want a wittle bit, I swear I am able to SAY SO.Anyways the true issue is modifications. I asked for my shots to be on the side and they told me I would have to pay for them as a separate drink. My bill was over 20$ why on earth do they want me to pay for the expresso that literally comes with my drink.My sisters Carmelicous also was wayyyyyyy to sweet which is why we like our expresso on the side. (as I watch them poor my expresso down the drain)Get it right scooters, we need consistency or let us modify. You cant be inconsistance, and then tell us consumers NO when we try to get it done right our selves.We understand your not a robot and the consumers aren't millionaires either, but in return we support millionaires the "business", so let us modify. We aren't the ones wasting product You Are!

If I could leave less stars I would. I went on Wednesday for the free coffee for teachers deal that I have been seeing all over facebook. I was greeted with the worst. I was told that I was not a real teacher just a glorified babysitter. I teach preschool and thought that this would be a great pick me up for the day, this was not the response that I was looking to receive. If the cabiat is you have to teach at a certain school than you should not advertise for a free drink forteachers. So disheartened by my experience here.

So it's a good coffee place staff are great. My only problem is the last 2 times I've bought drinks they have made the wrong one. They have given me a replacement both times. But the replacement they gave me today was wrong. I've given up. Not going to continue to call back and fourth because they don't know the difference in the drinks.

I stopped at the coffee shop that I normally visit, but they have been out of Earl Grey for a few days now and haven't been able to make a London Fog. I really wanted one today, so I stopped at Scooter's. The drink was extremely hot to begin with. I had to remove the lid and let it cool a bit before drinking. Then, when I did try to drink it, I have to say, have you NEVER made a London Fog before? Do you make it with just tea and milk? Where's the vanilla. I'm severely disappointed. I know you sell a majority of coffee based products, but a London Fod is easy. It's tea, hot water, foamed milk & vanilla. It's not hard to screw up, yet somehow you managed to do so. Maybe I'll bring my own Earl Grey to my regular coffee stop.
