Didn't have three separate menu items during multiple visits. When asked why, staff said "Our distributor stopped carrying the items." Despite this, the items were prominently listed on menu boards and in advertisements. I will spend money somewhere else thanks.

THE MANAGER LADY OR THE FAT GIRL WITH BROWN HAIR AND BLUE EYES WAS HORRIBLE. So unbelievably rude to the customer in front of me, glaring at her and glared at me as I walked in as well. And had a sarcastic and annoyed tone when talking to that poor woman. Also was so abusive towards the poor poor workers. Most were just overworked, underpaid and working over time teenagers STILL IN SCHOOL trying to get by and she had the audacity to yell at them and scream when something didn't go her way or as planned. Absolutely terrible. She needs to be fired immediately.

Associates playing more around then getting accurate orders to guests. I have been thru drive thru and the last 3 times my order was wrong.
Need to train employees how to load napkins in dispensers. Put the side up with the edge that can be lifted to take napkin out. They always put them in backwards with no seam to grab! The dispensers for drink lids are very hard to use. Not enough edge to grip to get them pulled out! Very frustrating!

Just stopped by to use the restroom. The men's room smelled like a dead animal and I had to clean the dried urine on the toilet seat.and there is funk and grime all over.
