I've been on the road for over 12 hrs without lunch , stopping at wendys for a great meal but it happened that either the sandwich maker doesn't know how to read and or whatever management trained that person is a total fool , all I asked was for no mayo and it happened to have plenty , asked for American cheese and guess what no cheese. Called for a refund and even offered to send a picture but once again management on duty didn't know how to do one . I noticed these happened when I was already 30 miles out , their was no way I could go back .

It was absolutely disgusting. No one was wearing gloves and yiu knew it wasn't fresh bc they had it to us in the 2 mins. My burger was red. I just left and never plan on coming back.
Wendy's by the mall drive thru. Ordered one crispy chicken Biggie and two Jr cheeseburger 4 for 4 meals. Only got one 4 for 4 and an extra cheeseburger. Tried to explain what I ordered but she didn't get it ?. Hire people that understands English ?. Won't be back!
