Not your usual bar fare! Good variety of menu selections. Wraps, cheese curds, sweet potato fries, and black bean salsa were fresh and tasty. The Instamatics were rocking out to a mostly geriatric crowd (us included!), dancing up a storm. Great night! (Could have used a little more attention from the waiter for refills on our waters so we could keep hydrated.)
Food we ordered was great! Loved all the taps. It was a bit pricey, but we had great service and a good experience!

Went there for an early St. Patrick’s Day dinner with friends. We’ve eaten at Barley’s several times before and never had an issue. This time, their corn beef and cabbage was horrible. You could not cut the corn beef with a regular knife. It was tough and not edible. It was served with mashed potatoes, and what appeared to be steamed cabbage. The food was absolutely disappointing. The server was pleasant and the music was really good.

A group of girls met at Barleys for corned beef and cabbage. All was undercooked and tough to eat. We said that to the waiter and he didn't seem to care. Asked for the manager and we think another server was sent to us. Not totally sure. Only thing ok about the $20 meal was the potatoes and mustard sauce. I worked at a hospital the next day and they served an incredible corned beef for $6.99. When we said something to the "Barley's manager" they took off 10% off something that was inedible.

This is a happening place. They bring in the best of bands. And that causes my only hesitancy to go there - it can get waaaay too packed. It is difficult to even move about. But the staff are really observant of their customer's needs, and the restaurant is kept well cleaned. I have not tried their food, but my friends seem to enjoy it. As the bands tend to start later (9:00), I usually just get cocktails.

Had the Carolina burnt ends handheld today (on a bun) and it was soaked with the juice of the coleslaw. Had to cut it up to eat. No lunch menu. Felt like prices are pretty pricey for a small sandwich with no sides included.
First time stopping in. The place is not too bad, started off quiet but as the meal progressed it got louder. But overall not too bad.Justice was our waitress and she was excellent. I’d recommend her anytime, she was awesome. I let her decide the amount of tip she wanted, she earned it.

I ordered online and checked my order before placing it, I failed to check the receipt trusting the order was correct, but it was not. I called and spoke to the manager who offered no consultation for ruining our dinner, I didn't ask for anything and I was polite about it. But I did tell him it ruined our dinner, he apparently did not care.

We went to Barley's on a Friday night and it was fairly busy. We got sat down with no wait or reservation quickly. We waited around 10 minutes before we got our waters/when our waiter approached us. We ordered an appetizer and never received it and the waiter realized she never put the appetizer in. It's a simple mistake and can be due to technology but we were a bit disappointed with those two events. I got the Spicy chicken sandwich which is my usual go to due to how amazing the sauce is! It's a sweet and spicy chili sauce and I always ask for extra sauce to drench the sandwich in. The fries were cooked perfectly! The alfredo pasta was a bit bland as it didn't have much seasoning. Overall, the food was mediocre and the service was the same.
