Absolutely disgusting. The restrooms are filthy with feces all over the toilet bowls and hardly any paper towels. It’s hard to say when they were last cleaned, but it was not recently. Do better, Casey’s. We will not be back. QT is MUCH better and right down the street.

This location is terrible! It needs new management so bad! They are ruining Casey’s name. They literally never have any food made they never have breakfast pizza. I am never going in there again and even trying because it’s a big waste of my time. They put signs on the door sometimes saying they’re closed in the middle of the day. It’s just horrible absolutely horrible. It has been this way for years, I keep giving it a chance and it never changes don’t waste your time.

Update your closing time online. Walked in at 10:04pm and caught some attitude “we’re clooosed” from behind counter. Google says you’re open to 11pm. Just needed some damn advil. You’re lucky your pizza is delicious or I’d never return.

ALL Casey's (besides this one) are known for their pizza and soft served ice cream. Pizza is hardly ever made and ice cream machine has been done for MONTHS. The employees all said the manager is removing it. Stupid decision. This Casey's won't last much longer if they don't make it the way it's supposed to be.

I was a little concerned to visit this Casey's due to the reviews I saw, but I have had nothing but great experiences here so far. My pizzas were ready on time (and warm), the shelves were stocked, the store was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly each time I have gone in. For those with bad experiences, I would give them another chance.

It’s been multiple weekends in a row that I have stopped by for breakfast pizza and there is none. The response I get every time is the person that supposed to be here, isn’t here. This would never happen at QT.

I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but this location is consistently a mess. I drive for a living and this is often on my route and the easiest place to stop. I understand something breaking sometimes, but there are minimal options at best. At least 3 fountain drinks have “out of order” signs on them EVERY TIME i go in there. The slushy machine is ALWAYS broken. They haven’t had iced coffee for MONTHS, and when it hasn’t had an “out of order” sign, it comes out at a trickle. Items advertised in the app are never there. I went in last week and the pizza warmer wasn’t even on/rotating. Was not going to get food there as I don’t know how long anything had actually been sitting there. Took forever to have someone ring me up and barely anyone was shopping there.

Phone rings endlessly when I call to order pizza. Automated message says “order on the app” but the app states “Online ordering not available at this location.” Think this station is run by teenagers. Whenever I’ve been in there are no adults working. Seems they’ve disconnected the phones and disabled online pizza ordering. Gas is always a few cents cheaper down the street at the gas station near the Walmart at Johnson and K7 too. This location giving Casey’s a bad name.

This store is a mess. Half the time the kitchen is closed or you cannot order online. Plus they never have window cleaner at the pumps and most of the time no receipt paper. What has happened to this store??? Needs new management and possibly a new district manager. That's why I end up going to QT. Casey's is closer but it's a disaster.
