We had the best experience ever actually last week. The waiter was incredible and anticipated our needs. The food was excellent and we got right in and got to our table.
We've eaten inside the restaurant with great luck but just did take out and it was awful. Not one thing was warm and the fries were mushy. Not a great experience and definitely not worth the price.

I had a $25 gift card for Chili's! Was looking forward to using it & I ordered take out.I ordered the Chicken Crispers & subbed the side for salad. I added an order of steamed broccoli.The Chicken Crispers came with Mac n CheeseI thought this sounded good & when i took my order home, it was literally as cold as if I had taken it out of my own fridge. I think they must microwave these type of sides after they take them out of the fridge. They obviously forgot to nuke my Mac n Cheese it was cold & coagulated.The rest of the food was very salty. I don't understand why these restaurants use so much salt when there are many spices that can be used to add flavor to food. I probably won't be going back to Chili's for a long while if ever. The salad was the best part of the meal sadly.
