One of the workers a grown women probably early 40’s looked me dead in my face & said “ I don’t have to take my gloves off when using the register unless I touch the money”. So I kindly got back in line again & had another employee remake my bowl & left that contaminated right on the counter. Byeeee!

When I walked in staffed look mad. Kitchen look dirty. Then the manager comes out and starts reading all the bad reviews right there in front of me and now I’m regretting that I even spent that much money. Wish that I can just return my food and get my money back. Never going back.

Horrible experience with the manager—she would not stop harassing me and angrily grunting at me about how she thinks I got too much salsa and should be charged extra, even though I got none of their other condiments and wanted more salsa instead. There was no sign that stated extra salsa was extra charged, and I was confused and asked her to explain, letting her know I am Autistic and need things clearly stated. She rolled her eyes and huffed off loudly saying I should be charged and refused to help me understand this new hidden rule that I have never had a problem with before. I come here weekly—but never again to this one! Customers should NEVER be treated this way! The manager is ABLEIST and acted shamefully—without even seeking mutual respect. Why would I return to a place and pay money to be discriminated against and treated badly?

2 of 3 burrito bowls ordered thru their app were wrong. You can't get resolution through their stores. They won't answer the phone. Going thru their "Pepper" chat gets you automated responses. Instead of getting credit for 2 burrito bowls, I got credit for a burrito bowl and a drink. So frustrating as I drive 5 miles out of my way to this location because they were the only one to get my orders right. End of an era.

i ordered Wholesome Bowl with Carne Asada, but i got the bowl without chicken, guacamole, fresh tomato salad, corn salad and cheese. they charged $15. I will tell my friends, my family, my coworkers…. Not Come here.

Great experience tonight at this Chipotle. Friendly employees up front and in the kitchen. Clean counter space near food and good vibes with genuine smiles. Awesome crew!
This location has always been very hit or miss. Whoever instructs them on how to cook their steak is sorely lacking.I get that steak can end up well done and at Chipotle that's pretty normal, but it seems like 60-70% of the time it's far passed well done and is totally burned and dry.Recommend going further on Shawnee mission parkway to the other Chipotle. I just wish they had a Chipotlane!
