Takes them over 20 minutes to make a single damn burrito bowl for Uber eats. I have other orders. this is pathetic. I am done wasting my time waiting at this stupid place staffed by a bunch of teenagers who don't care whatsoever.

The manager on duty was being a jerk to his new employee and left him struggling with all the to go orders and the line all by his self and even had the nerve to snap at him and tell him to hurry it up While he was eating in the lobby just eating , laughing having a good time with his friends. I started to speak up for the kid but i would have had some choice words for him so I just let it go to keep the peace. If I were that kid I would not want to work for a guy like that. I just left there tonight around 9 and today is march 9th hopefully this managers boss sees this.

Got food poisoning. Not surprised. Staff was unprofessional and rude.Hi Scott, your link didnt work. It was Wed 2/21 around 7 pm. I didnt have meat or cheese, only brown rice, black beans and brown beans, corn salsa, fried veggies and salsa.

At this point just start giving people empty tortillas and salad containers if you’re going to skimp out on the ingredients. 2/3 burritos ordered didn’t even have close to a half serving of the chosen protein and every other item was skimped on right along with it.

Whoever is managing this location has really let the quality of the food go down. I ordered a steak bowl, the steak was so hard and overcooked, it looked like it was sitting there for hours. The servings are super small compared to the normal serving at any other Chipotle. I miss the location before (next to McDonald's across the street), they must have a different ownership or management.

Ordered 4 meals, picked up at 7:30-7:40. Came home and all were wrong. Ordered this one with extra lettuce ?‍♀️ The carne asada must’ve been sitting out too long. It’s dry, tough and overdone. The other order was supposed to be a burrito. It came as a bowl with a couple of tortillas. We tried to call…phone just kept ringing- no one picked up. Pretty sure they weren’t very busy nor closed, we called shortly after getting home- about 10 minutes after picking our food up.

This location is not great. The last several times we've gone, the food line is in absolute disarray, cross-contamination is rampant, the dining room looks like it hasn't been touched by staff for hours, food is on nearly every surface and the drink station is in shambles. To top it off, my burrito bowl was cold. Like refrigerator cold.

Completely ruined my online order, it's almost like the person preparing the food just guessed or just didn't care. I was given the complete opposite of what I had ordered. Food had to be trashed it was that bad. Unfortunately this was not the first time I had online orders messed up from this location but not this bad. This taught me a valuable lesson to not spend my money with this company and if somehow I felt foolishly inclined to eat Chipotle again in the far future I would never ever use this location.
