Went to Church's chickens today to order some chicken. I ordered four spicy breast and four spicy legs. I also ordered one large fries and a large Okra and a large bombers. The wait wasn't very long, however when I got to my truck to check out my order, I noticed there were different pieces of chicken in there other than what I ordered, and some of them were not spicy. The fries were not in the bag either. So I went inside to get the order corrected and ended up waiting about 15 to 20 minutes for them to cook more chicken, however they were nice enough to throw in a couple extra pieces of chicken which was nice. But my advice would be to check your order before you leave that place. It would be a shame if you had to drive all the way back up there when you got home.

Clearly, there isn't any quality control happening at this location. We ordered from DoorDash and not only was the order wrong, but the mashed potatoes and gravy were completely inedible, mirroring the consistency of soup! This isn't the first time it has happened, but we refrained from leaving a review. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. It won't happen again. I love me some chicken, but there's too many other places in town for any of us to waste our money, time and cravings on poor quality food.

Order a meal and two sandwiches and for some reason they gave us two extra tenders, then when we order the sandwiches at the window they made us pull around once saying it would be two minutes, when we pulled back around they said sorry they're not finished it'll be 4 minutes. Horrible service and not a great way to treat customers.

customer service is awful at this location. she wasn't nice when I ordered my food. then I pull up to the window and she's on her personal cell. got my order wrong. I'm tired of food chains being unprofessional. food chains like this are more likely to get closed down because of the crappy employees. let's get it together church's

Last two time I pick up food here I have been disappointed. The chicken has either been dry to over cooking or dry and the order was wrong. O, a mixed order is more than a thighs and wings. Just throw that out
My wife loves Church's Chicken. So we were in the area and she asked me to pull in to the drive through. Long story short she ended up going inside to order. She received her order it was nice and hot so she was happy. Obviously they were short handed at the time like most businesses are these days but the food was good. So 5 stars for that!
