Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! I've never been to an establishment that treated a customer so poorly. We ordered dinner from this location which included two sandwiches, two bread dips, and bread bites. We noticed both sandwiches were incorrect when we got home. I called to see about bringing the food back and getting the order remade (since the other food was going to be cold by the time we left and came back again) and the person accused me of screaming and hung up on me. I was absolutely not screaming but rather talking louder than him because he continued to talk over me. I then called back again and supposedly got the manager that time. She said she knew 100% she made our order correctly and when she pulled it up she then said it must have changed in the system. Yeah, ok...makes TOTAL sense...like I have the ability to somehow change it. She offered to remake only the incorrect sandwich and refused to remake anything else. So because of her obvious reading error we had to drive 15 minutes back to the location for the correct items and the rest of our food was then cold. Ridiculous waste of time and $40. Hire people that actually care, stop hiring trash employees!***UPDATE 2/6*** - I spoke with one of the owners/HR coordinator and she was great! She apologized and corrected the issue accordingly. It sounds like the location was recently taken over so they're in the process of fixing some issues. Will definitely give them another chance in the next few weeks, hoping some of their issues will be corrected.

Ordered pizza and through tracker said it was done at 1:29 pmDelivered 45 minutes later ice cold. Tried to report it and was offered 20% off a new pizza. How effing generous. Sorry but I ain't coming back or ordering from this 2 bit company.

They are absolutely disgusting!When I arrived I saw the lady prepping food for oven digging in her nose FROM THE CAR. THEN the guy that's boxing mine was touching & picking all over my food with his BARE HANDS just for it to be handed to me still looking a mess a hole from when he was poking. I hadn't eaten all day this was a huge disappointment. I will never recommend this location to anyone!

We haven't ordered Domino's in years, but decided to give it another try again last week. It was so good, we got it again this week. The evening staff at this store are super kind, and always acknowledge any kind of wait (it was so small I didn't notice). Our pizzas have been hot and delicious both times, and we've added Domino's back to our don't wanna cook rotation.I see lots of poor reviews for this location, but I urge you to try them again. I'm not sure if the staff is new hnew, but they've been good to me.

Ordered a thin crust veggies lover, gotca extra thick crust....then the driver got lost....i had to get in front of his car to stop and flag him down...wont be ordering again

I made a basic order and they canceled my order and said couldn't deliver due to lack of a delivery driver. Not my problem. NEVER calling here again! Do yourself a favor also and stay away.
