Hi, I can’t believe some people have had such horrible experiences. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I couldn’t be more pleased. Pleased with the vibes, service, and overall quality of the food. I’ve tried just about every little thing on the menu and my favorites would have to be the suiza and their enchiladas(any of them) and you’ve got to have their red sauce. Also, their cheese dip is your classic white cheese dip - perfect consistency, perfect flavor, taste bud flavor bomb. EVERYTHING I’ve ever had here has never disappointed in taste and it has NEVER lacked when it comes to the amount of spices they use. I’ve recently moved and can not come once a week like I used to be able to do when I lived around the corner but, I still to this day go out of my way to come here for an authentic Mexican food experience. I did a delivery at 5:28pm and at 5:30pm. (I called right away) to let them know about a food allergy that one of my kids have and their website wouldn’t let me leave a note so I called to tell them. The lady that answer told me “it’s to late your order is ready” I told her I don’t need to add anything I need to make sure this ingredient isn’t near or in it and she kept saying “no it’s to late it’s ready” there’s no freaking way they got my 60$ order done in 2 min. She was just being a pain because she was “too busy”. Seriously annoying that this restaurant doesn’t take food allergies seriously. Waste of money.

Dos Reales is low key the best Mexican restaurant in the burbs. The staff is amazing and hospitable the bartenders are the best. They are always very polite and their daily margaritas are Fire!!!

We have always absolutely loved Dos Reales taco Tuesday for years but has been a while since we have eaten out. But tonight I ordered hard shell beef tacos. When my plate arrived I was sorely disappointed by the stale, soggy shells with a minimum of meat, a little lettuce and some cheese that tasted rubbery and fake. Even the chips were not the same, they were kind of thick and not warm, however the salsa served with the chips was delicious. Sad and disappointing. But the restaurant was busy

Still one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the area and have been going here since I was a kid! I always have great service when I am here and our most recent visit was no exception. Our server was fantastic. He was very personable, funny, and did everything perfect. There was no wait and the inside was steady but not too busy for a Taco Tuesday. I've always loved the interior décor here and the working fountain has always been a great touch! The food never disappoints either thankfully. I got something different than by usual and was pretty happy with it (Quesa Birria) but it cannot compete with some of the even more authentic places in town. Overall, this is still a go-to Mexican restaurant for me and I am super glad they have stayed in business all these years.
