The food is amazing and super affordable. Their omelets and flapjacks are top tier! Jesus was a spectacular waiter. Super attentive and kind. Couldn’t recommend more!

The two cheese omelet, flapjacks, and hash browns were amazing! My daughter loved the Mickey Mouse pancake. Our server, Jesus, was excellent. We will be frequent customers!

How have I missed this place for the past 1 1/ 2 that I've been living here? The food is fantastic! The service is fantastic! We had the corned beef hash and country eggs Benedict breakfast and wasn't disappointed. We will now come back here everything we go out on the weekend. Thankyou owners!

I have recently enjoyed breakfast at Flapjacks twice recently. The menu is extensive and offers a variety of breakfast and lunch items. The food is fresh and good and the service is great. Eager to return for lunch!

I think this is a nice little restaurant but some of their menu options don't make sense. They don't have many meal options. It's mostly just pancakes. Or French Toast. Or Waffles. Nothing more....and their meal options they do have are very small portions. I ordered the French toast and it came with only one slice of toast. I usually go places and they give me three slices of toast and part it in half. I was hungry after and ate a flapjack and a half. For the meals you can choose a number 1,2 or 3 and you cannot make any substitutions. What's frustrating is all the meals come with a measly shot of juice. But when you sit down the waitress asks you what you want to drink and then your meal comes with a drink...although it's small it doesn't make sense. When I told the waitress she didn't seem empowered to do what's best for the customer which was to make the juice I ordered part of the meal. She wanted to bring me an ADDITIONAL drink because it came with the meal. The fruit wasn't ripe also. It's strange portions. The meals come with sausage or bacon. Why can't you choose what you want? I'm not a fan of bacon. There are many tweaks that need to happen to the menu and first off they need to do what's best for their customers.

Our service was by far some of the worst I've ever had. Our waiter was either popular or over friendly because she must've stopped at every table talking for 3-5 minutes during our entire visit. It took at least 15 min before she even came to greet us. Food was OK but I definitely didn't like the syrup. I will try again for a chance to redeem themselves.

Previous review was 5 stars out side of, atmosphere which I gave a 3 star due to not having sports or local news playing on the TVs. Along with no special coffees or drinks being offered.Unfortunately over the last 2 months I've noticed the kitchen is very inconcetant, the male server has breath so bad you can smell him from 2 tables away and is always dressed in dirtyl ooking clothes. The staff is dressed in lazy t-shirts and with no dress standards at all. Very un professional. Not to mention the silverware and plates dont seem to be getting completely clean. They have no vestibule so every time someone comes in or leaves you will feel the outdoor weather. To make things uncomfortable there is no waiting area and this place is very small so you either stand over a table or sit in your car.I've also noticed they had a few great servers but I haven't seen them around anymore, now there's just one good one and the rest are lazy or young and mess up your order or even forget you are there. The manager seems nice but doesnt seem to have a hold of her staff and could be a little more professional looking, instead of being dressed in baggyT-shirts.The food when it's right is very good. The amount of food is slightly to much but, for the price its a steel if you dont mind taking your leftover breakfast home in a box. I dont need a full size plate for a saucer portion of fruit and 2 other plates. With a family of 5 this doesn't leave much room on the table. This could be a great place with some upgrades to hospitality and staff. Just seems to poorly ran for now. I try again possibly in a few months but for now I'll be staying away.Side note the orange juice is amazing and the food is fresh but, only good if cooked correctly.
