Don’t waste your time filling out one of their feedback forms. We did, following a bout of food poisoning from the Shawnee location and never received a response. Negative reviews are the only thing that matters.

On line it stated they close at 9:00pm. I pull up at 8:30pm and they turn off all the lights and tell me they close at 8:00pm. I drove along way and that's just horrible.

We have always enjoyed this Goodcents location until recently. It must have changed ownership/management. The last few times that we've been in, we've experienced numerous errors in preparing our order and/or checking out. About 1/2 of the light bulbs in the restaurant have been burned out for months. When we were there last week there was a terrible smell in the entire restaurant. We almost left before ordering, but decided to take our food to go to get away from the smell. Unfortunately, this location now appears to be run down and uncared for. Because of the last smelly experience, we won't be going back.

Best Goodcents Sandwich Ever. The employee working just put it all together with precision and perfection. And their was something about the bread, it was baked better than other Goodcents establishments. Actually had snap to it. A+

We always order from this location using the Goodcents app. And we've never had any issues until our last 4 orders. Running kids from place to place it's great to order, pickup and go. But our orders have had the incorrect sandwich multiple times although the bag and receipt show the correct order. I do not want to be rude and check the to-go order in restaurant but now I feel as though I have to.

Extremely rude customer service by the guy who made my sandwiches. He clearly hates his job. The girl at the register was friendly. Food was good. There are plenty of other sub restaurants to choose from. I will choose a friendlier one next time.
