Avoid this IHOP location at all costs. When my group first walked in, it smelled like a combination of sewer and bleach, which is a food safety violation. The health department needs to shut this place down. The inside appears to not have been updated or maintained in over 20 years. On the other hand, the food was alright. It took a long time to get drinks and food even though it was not busy. I recommend that you go to a local breakfast joint instead of IHOP since you will get better food and overall experience that way.

Multiple tables were seated AFTER my family and received their food before us. IHOP customer service has gotten horrible. We waited for our food for over 30 minutes. I had a salad, but it sat under the heat lamps, bleh!

So dirty! We first get there and the table was covered in food from the people before us like not clean, then the booth chair was all cut up, stuffing and wood exposed. The bathroom makes you want to throw up just walking into it and the best part, there was a bug crawling across the floor while we were leaving. So disgusting. I hope I don't get food poisoning

I ordered the shrimp dinner and got marinara sauce instead of cocktail sauce. I could not get any help to get what I needed.

I just walked in to this IHOP I’ll pass on the restaurant that has roaches crawling on the floor. Disgusting!!!!

My husband and I went and dined at this restaurant December 15th. I went to use the restroom and although it was clean, there was a strong sewage smell that was almost unbearable. I quickly came back to the table and we ordered the appetizer sampler and the burrito bowl. The waitress was new so we knew to have patience with her. However, the cooks were too slow and whoever the lady that was in charge definitely needs more management training. After 20 minutes of waiting, we finally got our appetizer after we requested to take it off the bill and the appetizer was cold. We waited another 20 minutes and we finally got our burrito bowl but I requested no bacon and they put bacon in the bowl. It also didn’t have all the ingredients that come along with it. We finally decided to leave and requested that they take it off f our bill and they accommodated. We then asked if they could add a military discount since my husband is a veteran. According to their website, it is supposed to be a 10 or 20% discount at the owners discretion. Well, they gave us a 1% discount. I’ve lived in the Shawnee area for over a year and never had such terrible and awful service at this IHOP. Not only that, they are very discriminative with who gets the military discount. This place has gone down hill since it has new management and we will never dine there ever again!
