I am quite annoyed. No issue with the food on this review. But an issue with not putting any sandwich numbers or names on the wrapper. I don't want to have to open up someone else's sandwich looking for my sandwich. This has been a repeat issue with ordering from this location and I just felt the need to voice my opinion in hopes that something will change.

They were very polite but I waited 10 minutes and thought lemme check them before I leave, sure enough it was wrong They did fix it quickly, and my drink order was wrong but I didn't even address it I was already running late and after waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru at this point I just needed to go. Freaky fast is gone, they were very polite but need some training maybe.

I just waited in the drive thru for THIRTY minutes. I got here at 12:29 and am just now leaving with my sandwich at 12:59. Isn't the slogan here "freaky fast"? I put up with the fact I'm paying almost $10 for a turkey and cheese sandwich, because it is supposed to be fast. I would understand if there was a crazy rush but there was not. This is ridiculous. Something needs to change. If you're thinking about going to jimmy johns, do yourself a favor and go to one of the other sandwich places, it's probably cheaper and definitely faster.

This is the Jimmy johns closest to me but I avoid it because the quality of service and food is terrible. Every time. They act like you are bugging them by coming here and ordering food. Tried it one last time today and got a $20 sandwich with four slices of turkey on it and none of the extra toppings I asked for.

Asked for the Veggie with no tomato and got bread with lettuce, cheese, and a tiny dollop of mayonnaise ... none of the other ingredients. Service was very rushed and blunt. Atmosphere was just off from the start. Do not plan on returning.

Put in online order. Come into store and all the employees just standing around not working, gossiping, playing music all loud, floor all wet. Sit here and watched workers just standing around. You think they would be interested in why people waiting in the lobby. Then employee working counter turns out he didn’t know what he was doing, food was done waiting for no reason. You would think employees would be working instead of standing around gossip

I had metal shavings all over my order. This is a serious health hazard and I did not feel safe eating the food.

Already shared experience on the Jimmy John's Feedback website: Charged $4.99 for delivery when the order turned into a pick-up due to them not having delivery available (even though original order went through just fine online). Manager had reached out to provide a refund around a month ago which we never received.

i love jimmy johns but this location is understaffed and frequently has the store closed and only drive through option. They also have not had any turkey options for months. sad because this used to be my go to before work :(
