The Kolaches are amazing. Today I had the bacon, egg, & cheese. It was stuffed full! They are very good when they are warm. If you sign up as a rewards member you get a free one for your birthday. The man who took my order was cheerful, kind & helpful. I haven't gotten anything that I don't like here.

Oh, man! This place is delicious. Get there as early as you can so you can have your pick of all their kolaches because they run out quickly. They are only open till 2 pm, which is a bummer, but they are worth getting up early.

Talk about a quick and easy breakfast bite! We absolutely love to stop by on a Sunday and grab a few Kolache for the road. My go to order is two sausage gravy and jalapeño popper that comes with bacon, jalapeño and cream cheese. Each kolache cost between $2-3 so we can walk out of there only spending about $10 for the two of us! You can also have them warm up your Kolache at no extra charge. We leave fill and happy every trip. I have noticed that they do cater and I think it would be a great option for a baby shower or something of that nature.

I finally stopped in, I’d been wondering what Kolache was.I ordered 2 cherry Kolache’s.It didn’t taste good, I didn’t finish it!The “bread” part tasted not good or freak.The cherry pie topping was smh
I have been a customer at this location since it was opened. The staff has changed several times and the new staff are extremely rude and not courteous at all. This morning we went in and simply purchased some kolaches and I specifically asked the lady that I want the small sausage kolaches not the ones with the large beef sausage as my daughter doesn’t like them and to be honest they are not very good. She seemed to get upset and told me that the ones she gave me were correct. Once home my daughter bit into one and sure enough it was the larger beef sausage and not the smaller like the one in the sausage and cheese one. So I feel like I was robbed again having to throw them away they are just not very good to taste. This was the last time I will be visiting this location too many times rude service not getting what we asked for and paying for items we didn’t want and are not very good to taste. I was buying these for work often 2-3 dozen at a time but no more from this location. I hate to but the staff you currently have will eventually ruin your entire business. What was once a great place has now become disgusting.

We've always loved Kolache Factory and normally would rate it 5 stars. However, the Shawnee location has been running out of certain flavors early lately and not making more. If you're going to be open for 3 more hours, the right thing to do is make more so that customers can get what they came for without having to wait 30 minutes for fresh. This has been a problem multiple times lately, so we probably won't be back for a while. Hopefully it will be resolved.
