Apparently it's too complicated for the employees when you order the big New York style pizza, to just leave the sausage and pepperoni off half the pizza. I'm not even asking for anything extra, just make half the pizza cheese.

I ordered online a couple hours in advance for pickup. When I arrived my order was not up with the pickups, so I was told it should be right out. A few minutes later, I was asked for my name again and then told my order was lost and would have to be made. I waited another 10 minutes, and when I finally got them, one was made wrong. Pizza was good as usual but 20 minutes late and made wrong, no thanks ✌️

I'm a Chicago native and I'm fussy about pizza. Been going to Papa Murphy's for over a decade. They consistently put out a quality take-and-bake product, with a good crust, delicious sauce, and fresh ingredients.On Chicago's Southwest Side, I never saw a deep-dish downtown "tourist pizza" until I was 16, fifty years ago. I've had some delicious ones, for sure, but it's not what we grew up with in the neighborhood.I will let you in on a little secret: You can come pretty close to the mom-and-pop pizza I love when I visit Chicago.Start with a Papa Murphy's pie with their thinnest crust. Add one or two of your favorite non-meat ingredients. (I recommend mushrooms and black olives, if you like those.)Take it home and add a thin layer of grated Asiago cheese, then top it with pinch after pinch of Scimeca's Italian sausage (get it at Hy-Vee), and pop that baby into your oven as instructed.Enjoy. You can thank me later.

Very good pizza, and even though I’ve only ordered here a couple of times, it’s always been ready when I arrive and they’ve been generous with the toppings. It still feels a bit expensive to me, but it’s a nice middle ground between Pizza Hut and Minsky’s as far as cost goes. Definitely a good choice when you have a good coupon!
Went in there for a Door Dash, I asked them multiple times if they were working on my order and they said they were. After standing there for 20 minutes they asked me again why I was here, I was dumbfounded. I said I repeated why I was here for the third time, and then they let me know my order was sitting right behind me and I just wasted over 20 minutes at their store. I told them they sucked, walked out. I got so angry in the car I decided to call their manager and he was completely nasty on the phone and just hung up on me claiming that I was stupid because the order was sitting right there. if someone says they are working on your order, I'm not going to turn around and start looking at orders on the shelf right in front of you because I think you're lying. Call me d**** but when someone tells me something I just believe them blindly. I guess I shouldn't do that anymore. Horrible service, if you want a pizza go to Domino's where you get two hot pizzas for f****** $13.
