I was playing pool and was attacked by a spectator and his friend watching. I was walking to my seat and was attacked while I was turning around to sit. As I’m on the ground behind attacked. The bouncer is just standing there watching. The bouncer, a guy with a big beard. Let’s the guys leave before the cops come. This is a vicious assault. Afew officers arrived and asked to see the camera footage. The staff refused. After some authority from the officer they watched the footage and realized it was a clear unprovoked assault on me with my back turned. Sharks is responsible for contributing in this violent attack. STAFF ENJOYING WATCHING THESE ASSAULTS. TURNS OUT THIS IS VERY COMMON AT SHARKS. AND HAPPENED EARLIER IN THE NIGHT TO SOMEONE ELSE.

I used to come here all the time. I hadn't been in a while, so we stopped in for St. Patrick's day. The bartender totally sucked at service and skill. The girl can't poor a drink to save her life and she had a bad attitude to boot. It's pretty obvious why this bar was empty on St. Paddy's.

Come here at night and this place turns into the Salty Splatoon, everyone looks like they could murder you with their pinky. But they are also the nicest people ever. Service was good and fast, not sure why people are mad.

Me & my girlfriend come here alot to shoot pool the service has got so horrible the servers don't give a care at all, she ordered a drink and we waited over 2 hours before the server showed back up asking if we needed anything else just alot of the servers have a I don't give AF attitude this place has went down hill so much, I can't even recommend this place to no one
I don't know about you, but I'm always on the lookout for a great Philly Cheesesteak in the Midwest. Sad to say, the Pickin's are quite slim in my neck of the woods. I'm still trying to make it to Philadelphia to eat the best one there, but so far, I've only made it to Pittsburgh...oh, soooo close... The best I can do for my region of the planet is Sharks Restaurant and Billards. Upon the suggestion of an extended family member I rolled up to check it out. What a huge establishment with tons of space housing pool tables and big screen TV's everywhere! There is also a nice restaurant area and bar. Wow, what a treat! The server was chipper with a great personality. I ordered a regular Philly vs the spicy one and a house salad. The Philly was sooo good. The beef, peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheese were delightful! Omgudness, I've thought about it often since I left. The Lord willing, I've GOT to make it back for another one. The staff welcomed me and told me to come back. Other customers were friendly and one even jumped in a picture that was being taken of me. What could I say? I graciously let him in. The ambiance is fun and relaxing and a great date night spot. There were people shooting pool and I know some were regulars. Oh and the menu has quite a variety with daily specials. They have appetizers, comfort food as well as down-home cooked meals/dinners. What a delight! Want a great place to shoot pool or watch a sporting event with plenty of space and excellent food? Sharks Is The Place! Where have I been all of my life? So glad I gave them a try. My new Philly spot for sure...better late than never, huh?!

Booked a reservation at sharks for a birthday party of 10-12 people. When we arrive the space was reserved and ready. We had one server through the night but she was on it! Drinks and food were timely, she was kind and honest when bringing the checks about the added gratuity, which is rare from my experience. The food was so good which was a surprise for a pool hall. So good and the prices were extremely reasonable. Will be back when we are in the area

The food here is good but my biggest complaint is when people reserve both areas for an event. We came here specifically to shoot darts but not allowed to since ALL of the dart boards are in both areas!! And what makes it worse is NO ONE is using those dart boards!! Why tf do you not put at least a couple of dart boards in another area in case you run into situations like this?! Fucking stupid af! Now we have to go to Side Pockets just to shoot darts.

I called Sharks on a Monday or Tuesday to ask if they could accommodate my family and friends after my dads funeral that was on Saturday. They saved one section of the restaurant for all of us. They were very accommodating and attentive to everyone of us and there was only one server but she made sure everyone was taken care of. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Sharks and their manager and server for taking care of all of us.
