We arrived at a busy time and had the host put our name on the list with our phone number. (He repeated the number as he wrote it.) We were okay to wait the 40 mins, so we took a walk around the shopping area. When we returned 50 mins later, without a phone call, we were told that they called our name and we could get back on the list for another wait time. I do not know how the food was... we didn't get to try it. We left to find a restaurant that would value our patronage since Sombrero's did not!

Great tacos..nicely filled full..lots of seasoned meat. My friend had a big burrito she enjoyed..Couldn't do chips since had dental work day before. Our waitress was nice & quick to bring extra chips & individual salsas. They divided our tacos buy one get one Tues.

I changed from a prior 5-star review due to a really disappointing evening at Sombreros. Gift card not accepted because they did a system change and didn't retain the old card numbers. A manager told me that her boss was gone and not answering so if I wanted to use it I would have to come back another time. My husband had a tray of salsa dropped all over him and my purse. And nothing was said, even by the manager, except "sorry, do you need napkins"? Usually, service isn't a problem at Sombreros, but a Saturday night and no one is there to ensure the customer experience is decent is not a good idea.

Sunday just after opening and the food was delish, service hit the sweet spot of attentive but not intrusive. Menu had good options. A carnitas street taco, rice and chicken, beef, pork enchiladas with the red sauce, while the creamy spinach had the shrimp embellishment.

Great locally owned spot! Quick service. Staff is always friendly. They recently added a kids nacho plate to the menu so my 5yr old is thrilled. Our go to spot.

The salsa was very good. My husband's enchiladas were delicious. My taco salad was just ok. There was no seasoning on the ground beef. It was very bland. I paid for extra pico. There was maybe a tablespoon on it, not nearly enough considering I had to pay extra.. I wouldn't order it again.

For 2+ years they were so consistent and never messed up my order and I was a regular customer. The last 3-4 times it’s been wrong from no salsa to the wrong meat to no garnishment on the side. Probably going to find another Mexican spot at this point!
