Our office places orders here on the regular. The past few times haven't been so great. We gave them another try today. Ordered online 3 sandwiches and a salad. The salad came dry with no dressing as ordered. One sandwich was missing 2 items and then the other 2 sandwiches weren't cut all the way open so both ends were nothing but bread. When we called to speak to someone about it the "manager" said that she made the salad and it had the dressing on it. When I told her that it didn't it was completely dry she basically called me a liar. When I started to tell her about the others she got so rude that I finally said great customer service and we will make sure to never order from your business again. Horrible customer service.Picture show how dry - only pepper on the lettuce.

Using the app is a pain in the rear as you don't get your sandwhich your way, but the staff brought it out nicely.

Its a great place if you like incompetence and brown lettuce otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.Side note - it's not my job to walk next door and make change for you because your not prepared to do business for the day.

Super slow. Saw three people get their orders (and even the last guy it took almost more than 10mins just for him to have his sub made from the other guy who wouldn’t stop and make the food or start it off) before me, and I ordered online at 1. I could tell he was busy, but the other guy never jumped in. Took 20 mins for my food to be done and made for me to take it. The order was supposed to be done at 1:30... never rate places for being slow at times, but this was actually really slow. Feel bad for people who have short lunches and can’t rely on ordering here when it takes longer for you to get your meal done beforehand..

The clerk was very snippy. I ordered a subway melt, when the receipt printed it said club, which isnt even available on line anymore. So he hadn't called or made a sandwich at all . It isn't my fault that your order system is wrong. He was very unfriendly.
