I placed an order online and went to pick it up at the estimated time I was given only to be told that there would be a 40 minute wait…in addition to the 20 minutes I already waited. There were 8 others in the same situation waiting. Behind the counter were 6 teenagers trying to do all the same thing instead of working in stations, laughing, talking and joking around. Not once did I see any adults managing this dumpster fire. Never have I experienced this much chaos and order backups, and that’s coming from someone who worked in this industry. Needless to say, I asked for a refund and went to Chipotle. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Do better Twisted Fresh.

We loved Twisted Fresh for years but after our last few experiences we are never going back. Tonight I first tried to order online but online ordering was not available. So I ordered two wraps at the counter and it took 30 minutes to get my order. After waiting about 20 minutes I asked if it would be ready soon and they said they weren't sure when it would be ready because they were waiting on the chicken to get done. There were 4 people working but they were all standing around waiting for a full grill of meat to cook while the customers waited for their orders. When I finally got home with the wraps there was so much liquid leaking out of one of the wraps that there was standing liquid in the bottom of the bag and it had soaked through the bag onto my car seat. The tortilla was so soggy we threw it away. On top of that the chicken was overdone - tough and burnt on the edges. My son had a similar experience last time he went but he waited even longer than I did for an online order. It’s too bad because we used to order from there all the time with no problems and the food was great.

Food is always great. Good menu selection, try the burgers. love the Asada Steak Tacos too. Great group of hardworking kids at this location. Service is always excellent! May take a bit longer but it is being made FOR YOU and it is worth it.

What a joke. Last night 5 teenagers all using the same brain cell. I watched as they slowly made any order at all. Pulled chicken from a pot near the grill and copped it on a dirty cutting board they used for everything. Ignored customers waiting at the register and waiting for any direction. I asked who was in charge and they had a discussion, then said the manager left a little while ago. We had been there 30+ minutes for 2 burritos and watched these 5 stooges stumble to make tacos. Nothing was clean, atmosphere was dead, employees were brain dead.

I’ve tried numerous times to like this location due to the convenience of being close. I’m done.The staff is ran by teenagers that give ZERO cares, food is wrong, missing and just a mess.Terrible language in front of customers, awful customer service and if you think you’ll be in and out, think again. You’ll wait forever, with no apology.Get an actual staff or close this location.

I keep giving this place chances and I keep learning the hard way. I'm finally done.If you go after 730pm, your food will be old, crusty, and dry. They've "not received" my order twice after I've paid and ordered online. I've had to wait for 30-45 minutes past my ready time. The employees don't even care. They don't apologize for getting orders wrong or missing altogether. They frequently turn out the lights at 8 or 830 to look like they aren't open.

One depressing morning I woke up and didn’t have anything in my mind and then I decided to go to twisted fresh and had the most fresh meal. The staff were very nice people. I got a Chicken Gyro wrap and it was great. I got so much food with my order. It delightfully filled me up. I would inspire anyone to go to this place because of how friendly it is.
5 stars for menu and food quality. But honestly this location just sucks. I don't think we've ever had an order be 100% correct. We order out from here a ton due to convenience and location. We've had a straight up raw burger not once, not twice, but three separate times. They constantly forget sauces, add ons (which cost extra), and even main ingredients of the dishes. The menu is way too limited to be forgetting to add things to the meals. It's so sad, because the food is so good! The service just is so bad.

Each of the last two times we've been to this location, food prep has been very slow. The food quality is good, but the staff isn't. Very uncomfortable seating, no atmosphere and bathrooms without hand soap. For dine in, this location stinks.

As much as I LOVE to support small businesses, I cannot support Twisted Fresh anymore. No matter how I order - online, on the phone, or in person, our order is messed up. Tonight half of my order was correct, I was missing an item, and I was given a meal that was definitely not what I had ordered. This is not the first time this has happened to my family. There is not an adult in sight as it is now run by apathetic teenagers. We have also ordered items online like chocolate milk to go with our kids meals only to find out that they are out of ALL milk when we arrive to pick up our order. It is definitely not the high quality service and food that it was when it opened.

The food is consistently good. We’ve never NOT had a good meal. My feedback is that I shouldn’t have to wait 45 min for 2 meals and a kids quesadilla when I’m ordering to go. There were many people standing around asking for updates on their orders due to long wait times. We’ve always loved Twisted, but I will think twice next time I’m needing to grab food to go.
