If I could give zero stars I would. They just did not make my daughter’s birthday cake. They had the order for over a week, I confirmed in person on Friday, arrived to pickup Sunday morning and there is no cake. No phone call that they were short staffed, they didn’t even know. To add insult, I received a call at 1pm Sunday asking if I wanted to move my order to another store, 3 hours after the confirmed pickup time. THEN a text on Monday that my cake is ready. Do not trust this team with your event.

I had grinch cupcakes and a cake made. They came out absolutely perfect. The older lady and the gentlemen that came to help me did an awesome job. Great customer service and very helpful. Thank you for making an outstanding grinch cake for my daughter's birthday.

Okay so why are they making everyone squeeze into one entrance at a time when we are supposed to spread out as much as possible? Makes no sense at all, almost like they just want to add more drama to this covid mess. I am done shopping here. I am buying all my food from Aldi and non food items on Amazon.

It's Walmart. Cashiers are usually good but any thing else I have to track down staff to ask for help. Sometimes trying to find someone to help in sporting goods is next to impossible. But when they have staff there they always know what to do I.e. buying hunting license and stuff.

They have messed up my pickup order time and time again. Helped people who came after mee because that person was nasty. Most recently they canceled $1000 order 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. Didn't postpone it...canceled the entire order. When I called I couldNt speak to a manager, got the rudest people on the phone in the pickup area and as the operator. I was basically told too bad! Will NEVER be back! Enough is enough.

Literally, DO NOT GO TO THE AUTO CENTER FOR TIRES. They are the worst, will be thieves and not listen to any special instructions. Basic things they will not listen too, they do not care about the customers. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

This is one of the better Walmarts. Although I was shocked to see most of the shelves empty as though there stockers have all been on vacation. But all is well because the staff were very helpful.

Frustrated if I am ur customer in Wal-Mart and ask for help and u go and help another customer leaving me there waiting for someone to assist me and nobody comes and ur a manager and didnt help me that is ur job responsibility to make sure I get assistance.I shouldnt have to ask multiple ppl to try and help me. So I have to grab a work ladder myself and climb up to get something on the very top shelf and pushed way in the back u best believe im going to complain so irritated. I mean I cant put a customer on hold to help another customer.. Dont make sense.

Their new pick up is awesome! You get a text that your item is ready to pick up, you park, walk in with your smart phone to the front of the store by the large tower by the self checkouts, Scan the barcode in your text message, and your item comes down from the tower, you pick it up and walked out the door. It takes all 12 seconds literally. We timed it three times. It is awesome! We love it!

This is why Walmart at 65th street in Shawnee will never get ahead with there employees. Because all they want to do is be your boss not a leader it takes a special person to get down in the dirt with there employees not to mention the respect you get from it. At this Walmart there management staff (salaried) seem to be ok with kicking there employees and keeping them down. Omg I do not leave comments often this is a great Walmart but the bakery! The bakery is just outrageous so rude. I called to get some information on a weeding cake the first lady that spoke to me didn't understand me and when she finally did she yelled at someone else to grab the phone. As soon as that happened the last lady got on the phone I was trying to be as nice as I could and she was being very rude did not give me all the information I needed but I said thank you anyways and she hung up the phone assuming I was done.
