Spent $65 on mushy/soggy fries. Ordered 8 boneless lemon pepper wings and they were rock hard miniature popcorn chickens. Asked for new ones, was told 6 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes while the staff stared at their phones with my wings done right in front of them. Gentleman finally came back from his break and brought me the wings. Horrible experience.

Wings were amazing as usual. This was my 3rd or 4th time visiting a Wingstop. Only complaint is they could at least give you a few extra ranches when a person asks for them.. I could drink that ranch it is that good! Thanks

A while back ago we had stopped coming here to eat because they couldn't get orders right and the food was always cold and just horrible quality. Tried again after many months now and nothing has changed. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. We ordered online and given a pickup time 15-20 minutes. I got there at 18 minutes, paid, and was told it would be a few minutes. There was one person working the register and couldn’t keep up with the orders and people coming in to pick up orders. I waited at this location for 30 minutes. I had to get back in line 6 people deep to find out my order was ready a few minutes after I showed up and was hiding behind the cash register. So I took home cold wings and cold fries. Worst service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Wish I could get my money and wasted time back.

Had my food delivered, Food was sitting in dirty oil & smelled really bad. I ordered Cajun tenders, they smelled NOWHERE near like Cajun. I'm convinced they took old chicken out the trash, threw it in old oil, threw it around in some dirt & sold it. Called to let them know. She ignored me, called from another number & they told me it was nothing they could do about it. I asked for corporate number & the rude little girl was talking to someone named Leslie & left me on hold. After 15 minutes I hung up & called from another number, they answered & hung up on me. Their food is NOT EDIBLE & I basically paid them for TRASH. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE & WILL SERVE YOU HORRIBLE OLD FOOD!! IM AT WORK WITHOUT LUNCH & PISSED!! I really hope y'all get shut down.

The food was great.The wings were crispy and seasoned well.My only concern is trouble of making an order to go.We had to call atleast 7 times to get someone to pick the phone up. When they finally did the service was rude and we were on hold for the whole 17 minute drive to Wings top. It might have just been a busy day but it's not acceptable.

Ordered chicken sandwiches and there was no pickles on either. The option when ordering says topping you would like removed (no pickles was the option) and we did not check anything meaning there should have been pickles. Unfortunately we didnt see this until the return to work.Also the celery & carrots were place open in the serving boat with LOTS of water in the boat and in turn it leaked through into the bag and upon arrival back to work the bottom of the bag gave out so the celery & carrots were lost on the table.
