We were put on hold twice for long periods of time. When we got there, the person taking our order took it without writing it down and instead of getting a burger, I got a chicken breast. I only had a tiny bit if the caramelized onions that were advertised. My sister got "bbq" sauce on the side and it poured like salsa. Disappointed for the first time there

I used to come here a lot and always enjoyed it, then moved out of the area. I looked forward to another visit, but imagine it will be my last. Dinner with my family was almost painful due to TV sound turned up so loudly we couldn't carry on a conversation even if we shouted. We asked the staff to turn it down, they said they'd try but nothing changed. The food was decent, but nothing special. The server was often missing in action, even though he only had two tables. Sorry to see this.I should add that there were only four other customers in the place, none of whom seemed to be watching the game on TV. The sound level would have been too high for a packed house, excruciating for fewer than 10 customers.

Time before had not been served for almost an hour waitress spent more time on her phone than doung her job.Left 5 bucks on table and left. This time service was prompt and food was pretty good. So we gave them another chance and glad we did.

Called in to get my favorite sandwich, asked to hold. After 15 minutes on hold I decided to drive up while remaining on hold. My wife said they were probably busy with rhe lunch rush(2:30 pm). When I got there, still on hold, I found 6 people in the restaurant. Told bartender I wanted to get an order to go and so did the guy who was on hold!
Really sad that my family and I received such terrible service that we left without ordering. We were not greeted or welcomed by the obviously pissed off hostess, but rather given attitude that we were even there waiting to be seated.Not only was she full of attitude getting us seated, she obviously never told anyone that we had been seated in the backroom. No server/waitress ever showed up.We had heard so many good things about the food. It's a shame. I will never step foot back in that restaurant in Springhill, KS ever again.
