We visited Grounded over the summer while on a trip from California. We were staying in a nearby town with family and they suggested we try Grounded. We love to support small and local, and this was just what we were looking for! We went with the kids one day and liked it so much, we made sure we went there once again before we left. It was out of the way of the airport, but well worth it! I tried their seasonal summer drink, I think it was called "mocha loca"....or something like that...anyways, it was so delicious! Loved the atmosphere, appreciated the exceptional service and the town was adorable. Next time we visit KC, we're definitely making a pit stop! :)

Wonderful customer service. I got a flavoredCoffee black and it was wonderful. They make and sell “pop tarts” and they were great!The place was decorated nicely and multiple places to sit. Clean and comfortable with merchandise to purchase. I loved it and I will stop by again.

Such a cute coffee shop! Visiting Tongie and was told their coffee was excellent. Love the vibe and the coffee was delicious, too. We both got Cappuccinos, $4 each seems like a bargain. There were 3 other customers around 11:30; one sitting at a table on her computer. If I had to work remote I would definitely pick this sweet shop. Looks like they might make their baked goods on the premises, too. If I hadn't eaten breakfast already I would've tried the coffee cake. I Will definitely come again when visiting family.

I absolutely love this coffee shop. The atmosphere is just perfect and their iced lattes are to die for. Dare I say, I like them better than the Starbucks iced lattes. They have this breakfast sandwich that honestly sounded weird but, my goodness, a phenomenal dish. The individuals that work there are so kind and always have the sweetest, most genuine smiles when you come in. Hands down my favorite coffee shop.Parking: There is parking in front and on the side between the church and the coffee shop.
