We arrived @ 745pm to eat a late dinner and have a couple of drinks this evening. We were given menus and silverware immediately. We waited for awhile until our drink orders were taken and filled and the server forgot to bring our waters that we requested, so we had to ask again. He finally took our food order @ 830pm. Kitchen closes @ 9pm. We received only our burgers @ 915pm and were told that the kitchen staff refused to make any of the sides that were ordered as part of the meal and the server simply said “sorry”. The french dip burger didnt even come with au jus like it was suppose to. Kitchen wasnt putting out much if any food after 830pm, yet sent only our burgers w/no sides out to us after the 9pm cutoff time. What is likely to have happened is the our server blames his forgetting to turn our order in after he received it, he waited a half hr until they had already shut the fryer off and then blamed it on the kit staff instead of owning it. Then had the nerve to comp us only one incomplete meal instead of the two we received. Worst service ive ever encountered! Do not waste ur time nor hard earned money at this place. If u do plan on going there for dinner, i wud eat first cause ur meal might b incomplete!!! ?

Was extremely disappointed. I called in to place a to go order and although the young lady who answered was pleasant she put the phone down after asking me to wait a moment and proceeded to converse with customers. After waiting for 10 minutes I hung up and we placed our order with another business. Too bad because we typically enjoy their food.

It used to be a great place. There have been a few changes since I last went there. The chicken sandwich I ordered was supposed to have lettuce and tomato on it as was listed on the menu item. But apparently I was supposed to ask for that to be added even though it's part of the item description. Service was nonexistent. But in their defense, there were only 2 wait staff on which I thought was weird. But things made sense when I saw the bill. Gratuity is included in the bill. I always tip, and the forced gratuity was the minimum I usually tip anyway. But I like to tip the wait staff personally. Disappointing.
you guys truly suck. waste of time and money. if you want to eat somewhere good i’d pick somewhere else if i were you, and if you want better drink’s definitely don’t come here for that… and the service ? Close that place

BarN Grill for family dinner tonight. Service was outstanding. Food is tasty if you like fried anything. Portions are large. With the exception of salads, nearly every menu item is deepfried. I ordered a Philly Cheese wrap, and it was served with the wrap covered in grease. Every sandwich ordered at our table came on Texas toast, so really heavy on the bread. Not a place to go if you want to eat healthy, for sure. All sides are an extra charge -- unlike most places where they're included with the price of the meal. I'm sure we'll be back, but I'll plan to not eat anything else all day before we go, just to afford the calories.

I use to recommend this restaurant when they 1st opened. However I have regretted saying anything good to anyone since. They have THE CRAPPIEST service. They actually act offended if you wave them down from ignoring you & half the time, they don't even have the food on their own menu. It's been such a consistent disappointment. Your better off going to Texas Roadhouse.
