We went there and there was no coke products The restaurant was filthy. A lady didn't clock in and walked in with hair and dog hair and cat hair all over her hoodie didn't wash her hands. Customers rudely We will not be back. Pop spilled all under-the-table. They haven't cleaned that thing like 2 years. Food was freezing cold and we got it. We waited for like 2 minute. The kitchen was filthy with the kitchen in between 5 years. And there you got more food and it was still cold We will not be back I want to sue them The windows look like they've been wiped in 5 days and the Outside of the building is trashy and the Tables are Dirty. The kitchen's dirty, they're walking in not washing hands. The drive through looks messed up. I can't explain myself right now. And they're still sitting outside smoking cigarettes talking about people. We also found a joint on the ground under-the-counter. You could also see all the during all the field underneath the steam tables. One in play was making his food with a backpack on. They're saying when I went back to get my refund. The young lady had removed the dog hair sweater and she was on the line in street the clothes

10 25 2023. Stopped here for a burger. Waited nearly 10 min at the menu board to place my order. Waited another 10 min at the drive thru window. Ive never gotten a burnt beef patty before and it totally ruined the meal. I wont be back to the 10th and Mulvane location. There was nobody in front of me in the line and nobody dining in the store either.

This bk had no ice for like a year. And they had brownie batter milk shakes right on the menu when you pulled up that they couldnt even eventually sell you and bk had been dead to me ever since pretty much. Have it your way, see how it goes....

Lunchtime here is CRAZY Busy most of the time!! All other times, it's great!!!That being said, they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and the order is correct (which is a HUGE improvement from prior management!!) They've gone under some management changes the last year or so.PLENTY of PARKING- 2 entrances/exits for parking lot, and Handicap parking is right at the entrance.DRIVE THRU- However, is a whole other story when they are really busy!! (Usually lunch on weekdays from 1130am - 3pm). They employees are doing everything they can but are overwhelmed by the influx of people, and the drive-thru line of cars can extend on to the street!!They will sometimes ask you to pull around the front in a parking spot, and they will bring you your food. This happens here to try to keep the drive-thru line of cars down, so don't get upset!!!Inside could use some updating, there are BATHROOMS that Are HANDICAP Friendly but it's a One Person in each so depending on how many people are needing to go at the same time it can create a wait. They are typically clean and have Baby Changing stations within.That being said, they are overworked and stressed out, from what I presume is staffing shortage!I've been coming here for years!! There were times I would just drive further to another location because it was literally that bad!!Now, however, even though it can get overwhelmed at lunchtime, it is By Far a Million times better then it has been!!Vegetarian options: There are some like "IMPOSSIBLE meats" that are vegetarian and really good! Other vegetarian options but not many!!Parking: PLENTY of PARKING- 2 entrances/exits for parking lot, and Handicap parking is right at the entrance.DRIVE THRU- However, is a whole other story when they are really busy!! (Usually lunch on weekdays from 1130am - 3pm). I went through the drive through this evening and was disappointed. It wasn't extremely busy at the time as it was around 1600. The man at the drive thru was very nice that took my order. I used a BK promo code, so it was cheaper. I asked for light ice in my Dr. Pepper, but that wasn't the case when I received it. I also ordered my Whopper with light Ketchup ONLY. Unfortunately I got the kitchen sink on it. I took pictures of the mess. Also the fries were so salty I couldn't even eat them, evidently the salt shaker was spilled on them! I live 50 miles from town and was already through traffic on my way out of town before I discovered all of this, so I really didn't want to go back through traffic again. My 150# dog enjoyed her snack because she doesn't care! This place needs to do better!

I have been there five times in the past few months. They had ice ONCE. Today, no ice, then when I tried to get root beer, no syrup. The staff was running around a lot but not accomplishing much and not responding to any drink-frustrated customers. Their only "fix" was to walk past customers saying nothing, and put sticky notes on the two sodas that were out.When we arrived, a pleasant employee standing and talking with a coworker held the door for us and showed up a few minutes later to take our order. There were a total 3 employees outside, and no one on the counter.We estimate there were 5 to 6 employees in the kitchen/counter/sweeping up, plus one more in the office. No clue who, if anyone, was in charge.Doubt we will be back unless other options are closed and we've no choice.

Found a sign taped to the door this evening saying that they were unable to serve beef products until further notice. But they still had chicken. I had a coupon for a double cheeseburger, so I left disappointed.
