Well…we went early in the day, the person that greeted us and the lady behind the counter were super nice and helpful. The rides and games for toddlers were good. We were definitely done after 1/2 hr. When our pizza was finished you have to go pick it up yourself next to the restrooms. It tasted fine but it was expensive. Chuck E Cheese was standing in the main area when we got our food and the kiddo was excited and when the dancing started they didn’t want to dance and asked me if Chuck E was sad. Needless to say it was uncomfortable I think for everyone including the poor person in the suit. The kiddo also asked me why there was someone sleeping in there next to the salad bar… The whole thing was just kinda weird. Probably won’t be going back.

I really enjoy this location because of the staff. There is an arcade closer to home but we come here because it’s always clean, and the staff are so nice and helpful. The last several times I have been here, the guy that wears a pony tail on top of his head remembers my son and I and that makes my son feel excited to come back.

Came with one of the littles. Was not too busy. Walked into the building through a cloud of smoke (not cigs). Went to the register, staff were to busy talking to each other. Finally got the cards. When everyone was done playing went to redeem tickets. Stood there for 5 min. The person working the front door could not be bothered to call anyone on the radio to help us. She did come over and make us move after that time to clean the counter. She finally went around the counter herself to help. Then we ordered fries..... just fries. 20+ min later we got fries that were both burnt and undercooked at the same time. Not one staff member seemed to understand or care about customer service. Needless to say we will not be back, will just go to Bonkers.

Walked in, put my money in the machine to buy a card and it stole my money. The other card machine was also broken so unable to use that. Waited on an employee to fish my money out of the machine then purchased our card at the front. Then half of the games were not working and half of the ones that were working would have a display that said “tickets owed” I then called an employee over there who confirmed that the tickets being won on those machines were not being applied to the game card. So basically playing games without any prize. We spent $40 and walked out with a tiny ball and a couple pieces of candy. Me and other customers had a running joke when we finally found a game that worked.
We’re about to leave and I go to use the restroom. One of them is out of order, the other two were filthy and hadn’t been flushed so there was one stall left that was occupied. I waited for that person to walk out. Out walks an employee and I go walk into the stall and the toliet seat is covered in feces. You can’t make this up. Absolutely disgusting. Hope she wasn’t cooking the food.
