Food and service are usually great, and the drive-thru has gotten faster than it used to be! The custard is SO good. I still wish there was an option for mobile ordering and picking up from the drive-thru, however!

Freddy's has excellent, fresh, made to order food, served by friendly staff who appear to have a genuinely good time at work. The restaurants are always clean and I have never been diagnosed for choosing Freddy's to eat a meal.

Took a few minutes for them to make fresh onion rings. No big deal. Very courteous. Everything was great until my mom bit into her burger and had a long hair sticking out her mouth. Done.
