The service was horrible. The lady at the front desk was very rude to all of the customers, and the food was sub-par. I will not be coming back here again. ? What a shame. I usually enjoy my visits to Hardee's or Carl's Jr. Oh well, I'd rather not be treated like that.

Just listen to the general manager talk down to what look like a child in very unprofessional voice and characteristics and I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with this woman maybe she should get some mental issues fixed.Stop playing victim in situations you've created and then flip the story to manipulate people to think you're innocent.Horrible management.Kid-friendliness: Would definitely never bring my kids in here very unprofessional I don't recommend anyone apply here

The food was decent but the customer service was awful. They mess up orders and blame you, make up ways to make you sound in the wrong and do not give you what you pay for, I've been burned twice by this location. If you want to avoid a bad morning pass this place and you won't regret the decision.

Needed somewhere close to walk to one evening so me and a lady friend walked down the street to Hardee's for dinner! The food wasn't bad but the evening help is young and they don't care about their jobs and their customers is all I can say!

Had to be in Topeka for a sporting event on a Sunday morning. I saw that Hardee’s had their cinnamon raisin biscuits back so we skipped breakfast at home and left early to get some since there isn’t a Hardee’s in our town. Got there at 7:35am and was told they were out. The only reason we were at Hardee’s. I would understand being out at 9 or 10 but 7:35? Disappointing and frustrating.

The best Hardee's I've been too...since they arehard to come by anymore, they have all turned Caros Jr. Which does NOT offer the hot ham n cheese.It's always fresh and the hot ham is always delicious. Drive thru people are friendly so that's always a plus.
