Bad service from waiter. Waiter barley seemed trained and had difficulty taking the order and printing our check. Was sitting in a corner booth that smelt foul. Food was brought wrong, was brought over hard eggs when over medium was ordered. Then the eggs that were brought out were under cooked, over easy, and full in oil. Couldn't even eat them.

It would be really nice if IHOP would consider installing some noise absorbing tiles around their restaurants. I do realize IHOP is not entirely to blame for the noise level. They could have used another server this night. And the gravy was cold.

When seated, we heard the wait saff arguing about who was going to wait on our family. The eggs were not cooked all the way. Coffee was cold. Gave us the wrong sandwich. When ordering, the waitress had to be told 3 times. What we wanted.When the replacement sandwich came out, it was luke warm. We had to ask for refills. They didn't ask if we were satisfied.
IHOP on Wanamaker is great! Natalie is a great little waitress and is extremely conscientious. Give that girl a raise!!

Got food poisoning, service was absolutely horrible (she literally only had 2 tables so no she wasn't that busy). Had to ask for refills and she would eye roll about it. Everyone there should be fired. Take pride in your job and if you don't want to be there go find something else to do.
