My boyfriend and I showed up at 8 PM on a Monday night looking for a quick dinner and hoping the salad bar would still be fully stocked since they close at 9:00. When we walked in, we asked the employees behind the counter if it was too late to eat at the salad bar, and they laughed and told us absolutely not, and welcome in! Every single employee working at this location on Monday, April 8 was super friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service, wish every food place these days had that kind of great staff working. Kudos to them.

Food was okay overall but one exception. I ordered a fruit cup and several pieces of fruit were bad. I couldn't eat it. I called to speak with a manager but she would not refund the $2.50 for the fruit cup because I called the day after. Would be nice to get comped if fruit is bad. I wasn't asking for my entire meal to be refunded, just the amount for the fruit cup.

If you haven’t been to Jason’s Deli, you are MISSING OUT!Moving to the Midwest from the Pacific Northwest my variety of food options dwindled significantly so finding this gem of a chain was such a pleasant surprise. There is a vast variety of food options across many dietary restrictions and every. single. thing. I’ve ever eaten here has been incredibly fresh and tasty!The Topeka crew in particular are such a friendly and helpful group of folks. I’ve never had a less than stellar customer service experience.Looking for a new favorite? Look no further.
