Won't be back. The guy was completely rude when I asked for him to take the measures to avoid cross contamination for my daughter with a severe gluten allergy. Then after all the trouble the girl at the counter who had NOT washed her hands grabbed the gluten free sandwich bag and twisted it closed with the same hands she had been touching gluten bread with all morning. They were so rude.

I will never go to this establishment ever again. They were extremely harsh rude and disrespectful to me today. I simply asked the young man who had just touched the trash can to change his glove before making my sandwich. He walked away like he did not hear me and did not come back. I constantly told the manager that they are usually nicer but today they were extremely rude and aggressive. The guy finally said he was going to make my sandwich but would not stop with his aggressive tone and harsh words. I told him to keep the sandwich as I no longer wanted it and her began spilling even more rude comments and threats. I told him that I’d he did not stop he would be hearing from my lawyer. He finally yelled at me and said “don’t come back”. Do not worry I will not ever come back here again and I will make sure that everyone that I come in contact with knows how this establishment treats customers.

Jersey Mike's management, franchise owner, or whoever owns this place, please pay attention to these reviews. Going back years the multiple complaints of slow or overwhelmed service have apparently gone unnoticed. Every single time I've gone to this location for lunch, which is only open for lunch, has been a 30min wait time to receive food, or more. Today, against my better judgment, I took my daughter in for a carryout sandwich and it was the exact same experience as before. Don't get me wrong, for the most part, the two staff they have working are operating as fast as they can, but they just look totally overwhelmed, which does come out in their attitude from time to time. I feel bad for them, they just look like they are beat down. Maybe bring some employees over from your Wanamaker location? JM's claim to support vets, go hire a couple that need jobs? Just some suggestions... I won't be back to this location, I don't have 30min to just stand in line. The slowest "fast food" place I have EVER been to.

It doesn't matter what time it is or how many people are in line, you'll wait 30 minutes for a sandwich AT LEAST. Ridiculous wait time and ridiculous only 2 people ever working there at once when it's only open 4 hours a day. The young guy who starts the sandwiches is always extremely rude but I've never had such long wait times and poor time management. Will not be returning to that particular store.

I went in yesterday at lunch. Got in line around 12:10, sat down to eat around 12:40. Let me be clear, the two guys working were going as fast as they could. But a long line, call in orders, and hot subs made it impossible to keep up. I just won't go when I am on a strict schedule. The sub was decent. Side note: it also goes to show the lack of quick lunch spots in downtown Topeka.

We ordered online at 6:45 and were told it would be delivered in an hour. 90 minutes we called and were rudely told that it was already picked up, end of conversation. There was no information on the door dash app. 15 minutes later we called back again. We had used point to get a discount on the sandwich. Oh, we could call corporate and get those back. Think we are doing going here.

This is the best sandwich shop I've ever been to and probably will ever be to. At first, my expectations were fairly low, however I was blown away by the freshness of the ingredients and the quickness. My sandwich got from the kitchen to my hands in less than 5 minutes! I will definitely be visiting again and have told all my friends and family about you. You have won a lifetime customer.

Door dash drivers you will have a long wait and be ignored by staff until customer line is taken care of. Both toilets in the female bathroom were full of nastyness and could not be used thank God the men's was stalled toilets
