Had food delivered! Food was not delivered to my front door left outside my gate by street. Anyone walking by person or animal could of taken it.

Came here to get some sandwich's at 8:15pm, almost an hour before closing time, in drive thru and sat at the box for 5 mins with no one saying anything or asking me anything so I decided to drive around and as I do both employees are standing at the drive thru window with no headset on so I drove all the around to the box again hoping one of the 2 idiots would common courtesy of putting a head set and again nothing for another 5-10 mins so I left again but this time both of the employees decided to go hide so they wouldn't be seen. Honestly if this is how the closing crew is gonna be then you need some new closers because those 2 are just losing this store money and not even doing any work.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for my money to be refunded for an order I waited 3 hours for a never got. Was told the money would be refunded twice now bu 2 different managers. This is pathetic. Will never order from here again after reading the other reviews and seeing this is normal for them. Horrible service.Update: I reached out to corporate who essentially said I have to wait for my own money because of their stores failure to be able to do their job. They did nothing. They said sorry but not our problem essentially. This whole stores management team is a joke and the company itself is pathetic. If you want to have your money STOLEN (that's what it is when you offer a product, don't supply the product, but keep the money). And the fact that they don't care about their franchisees shows they don't care about the customers or their image

Ordered online for inside pickup, app says open until 9pm, pulled in, lights off, chairs up, and door locked, two employees motioned to drive around to side window. The employee asked what I needed and I advised I placed a online order, he looked at me and says huh. He walked over to the computer and goes I guess there is an order and prints it. After receiving the sandwich and getting home only half of it had meat on it.

This store is consistently closed in the lobby for dine-in AND pick-up orders. Door is locked, no open sign up. However, always 2+ people working. But the drive through is open. I’ve had this problem several times since it is the one closest to my house. Very inconvenient.
