The cashier seemed completely out of it like he was on drugs. I ordered a 4 piece meal with mashed potatoes and a coke very simple order, (4 piece meal comes with one side and drink) when I got to the window he kept asking about my other side I told him I only had mashed potato it only comes with one side then he gives me the box and proceeds to shut the window without giving me my drink. I ended up getting my drink after he insisted I didn’t order one. Best of all I get home and not only had I only received 3 pieces but they were tiny dried out unrecognizable pieces, kind of resembling Cornish hen maybe? I called the manager no effort nor offer to make anything right. I haven’t been to KC in about 10 years I certainly won’t be back.

The girl at the window was sweet. The food was inedible! The grease was so old and bitter it was awful! I ask for no thighs, got thighs. Plates are in the bag no they aren't. It was labor day weekend. So over getting expensive trash food!

I normally don't do reviews but, I was told to expect an 8 min wait time which I said would not be an issue. When I got to the window and paid I was given my order immediately. Which I didn't expect. I did however think it was odd to have a no returns posted on the drive through window. I understood everything when I started eating my chicken jerky it was absolutely disgusting hard and small pieces. I don't understand why I was given this dried up, should never have been served, disgusting something in a box when I was completely willing to wait the 8 minutes I was asked to. Then to have a no returns policy on top of that, is adding insult to injury

KK was very nice and greeted us when we walked. The chicken was hot and fresh, the hot sides were hot and the Cole slaw was cold and creamy. Our family meal was ready promptly and delivered to our table with a smile. We hesitated stopping hear because of past reviews but learned it is under new management and everything has improved since some of the bad reviews at this location. Thank you KK for the friendly service and excellent meal.

Decided to try KFC for the first time in several months. Regrettable. Chicken tenders were thin and cooked to a crisp. The restaurant was out of iced tea, and the root beer I got instead had NO ice. I won’t be back again for several months - if ever.

My husband and I tried the mini chocolate chip cake and mini lemon cake. He tried the mini lemon cake, and he absolutely loved it. I tried the mini chocolate chip cake, and it was alright... not as chocolately as I would have liked. I will try the mini lemon cake next time.
