Ordered through the app for some crazy bread, which failed to mention that little ceasars is currently practically out of dough and stuff. So when i showed up wanting food obviously i was upset there was none. But then the guy (didnt get his name sadly) offered to make said bread but with pizza dough! Imo tastes better now

It’s one failed experience after another. The cashier literally said one pizza will be one hour wait, no orders were in the hot boxes and no pizzas were in the ovens… how is that an hour wait? The hot boxes are not working and they place completed orders outside and not in the hot box where it should go for on hold pizzas. Where are the higher ups in this place to keep check of structure and good performance ????

They cancel your order if being delivered after you call in your order. Then they don't call to tell you nor do they EVER pick up there phone. Pizza has been delivered cold many times. Last time I went in for pick up, I must have been invisible because no one came to the register to assist me even though they all saw me. Would not recommend

There are no more "Hot n' Ready" pizzas every single day. They never pick up the phone (I called for 30 minutes), and their website only allows orders for pickups if you pay with your card , which I couldn't do because I'm paying in cash. So there is no way to order pizza or pick up pizza ? it's a joke that this place is even open , I can't believe they've managed to stay afloat with this kind of sorry management. They are losing out on SOOOO much money EVERY NIGHT because we constantly have to turn away from the trainwreck we see every time we pull up. In the picture that I shared below , you can see 6 people waiting in line for pizzas that aren't made. THE LIGHTS INSIDE AREN'T EVEN ON. ?? what a dump.

I want to share my disappointment with the staff that was working tonight . I placed this order at 2:30 in the afternoon to be picked up at 5:30 . When we arrived they stated that they had not started our pizza and that there were 6 orders ahead of us . They argued that it was not their fault since there had been a shift change . With pressure from us they agreed to start our pizza prior to the ones that had come in after , we waited an additional 40 min for our order to be finished. They offered no apologies and actually were about to give away one of our pizza to another customer before we stopped them . The employee was rude when asked if they would provide any compensation for the inconvenience and was very disrespectful to my wife . I would appreciate if we are refunded for the lack of respect and poor customer service.

I order 25.00 worth of food onine.An hour later it still is not showing in the oven.I arrive an hour and ten minutes after the order an was told they had not started it. They would have six orders ahead of it an it would be at least a other hour and a half.Poor management for them to take a large order a d leave a store full of customers waiting for what is now 2 hours for cheap pizza.Refund. Out.
