The employees were nice. I was so disappointed in the half done soggy fries and the burgers that everything was half off of it was like a stair step burger. I ordered extra pickles, even had the tag on my box, but the other order had more pickles than mine. And even after getting $6 off for a sandwich still paid $15 to get no drinks. I need to quit doing these drive thrus, sit down restaurants are the same price anymore, they just are not open as long.

I’m sorry I came in today at 4:30 - 4:45 an got my family of 4 dinner. I came through your drive through and instantly after one order you were acting angry about having more to order. I work in customer service myself, and have never spoke to customers in such a tone or manner. The next words out of her mouth was what else and then anything else, but it really wasn’t about the words. It was more about her tone. Even after I drove around to turn in my money for my order, there was no customer service skills there. I tried to be nice once again and when I said thank you, I was given a look and that was it. I go to the next window to get my food. I say thank you for my drinks and the young lady gave me back uh huh in a rude tone. A different lady came and handed me my happy meal when I looked at her and said thank you she just looked at me and turned around and walked off. And then the third lady that brought me the majority of my food was the only one that said thank you but by that moment in time four of your employees had a chance to use any type of customer service skills, but did not And I have never felt so unwanted at a restaurant I will not come back not to mention the food tasted microwaved and the fries were cold. Definitely not worth my 40 bucks… I know McDonald’s has been open a long time. I’m not sure if it’s the location, but the customer service has definitely gone out the window and the quality as well.

Them nasty wenches behind the counter tried to hand me back the same stale fries twice. Then when I requested a refund they pulled fresh fries.DO NOT GO THROUGH THEIR DRIVE THRU. GOING IN IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET FRESH FOOD.PSBlack skinned people speak Spanish too so when you thought you was going to make me wait then give them back again, I heard you and asked for the refund.

I ordered a Big Mac using the free points that I earned. I requested that it be as follows: No Lettuce, No Pickles, Slivered Onions in place of Dehydrated Onions and extra Mac Sauce. When I got back to work, the sandwich had lettuce and pickles on the sandwich. I didn't have time to return to the restaurant, so I ended up eating the sandwich. My only request is to please pay attention to the grill slips. That's how to stop making mistakes on the sandwiches.

Mixed up my order at the drive thru for a 2nd TIME!!! There will NOT be a 3rd!This particular time I was given the wrong breakfast meal!!! So someone simply was not paying attention!!! Seriously!Their way of resolving was to hand me the correct sandwich, NOT adjust the entire receipt of the order! SmhAlthough I will NOT return to this one, the older gentleman that brought my food order to the car was very pleasant and a joy to have encountered!

Bad customer service. Was ripped off 1500 points by the drive thru lady on my cone this morning. Was charged 3000 points for a vanilla cone and when I called about it she just said not my department nothing I can do for you. Terrible.
