We asked for 6 double cheeseburgers, 2 with ketchup only and 4 w/ no pickle. Honestly I don’t think it’s much to ask. Also my chicken sandwich was requested to have mayo only and they gave me pickles. Though we didn’t pay for all of this apparently, they only gave us one sandwich of each when we asked for all of this including a large fry. There was most likely miscommunication with electronics and employee but I would suggest making sure to get everyone’s orders as accurate as possible next time.

I don't think it was right of them to laugh at me and say "I wouldn't be nice" to each other about me when I came in and asked why my order was taking so long just to find out it was given to someone else. Then to stand for 15 minutes without anyone saying anything about it getting fixed. I cried in my car after because of how they treated me.

Went through the drive through and made a standard order minus pickles on a happy meal burger... After pulling forward and waiting 20 mins... I went inside to get a refund which took another 10 mins... Meanwhile, I was speaking to another person at checkout and they had messed up his order as well... I don't recommend this location ?

Honestly wish I could give more stars. But even participation trophies require participation !At first I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a lg fry, since you can't actually compare prices when they don't show the whole menu.. but when the total came to $9 +I had to ask is it cheaper to get the combo meal (or at least the med drink is free) ?It's $2.00 cheaper And the med drink is free !The worst part is "I had to ask"Sadly the cheeseburgers haven't improved at this location. Although they could have been full, the fries were good McDonald's fries = )I can't say I like the new layout, they definitely don't want you getting comfy, which almost makes sense. . except my sister (who I randomly ran into there with my great nephews) said that a guy had been in the kids bathroom since they first got there almost an hour before. Which, by the way, is the limit of your lobby dining experience now = 1 hour (sorry.. 60 minutes)And hopefully that's the limit of your restroom experience also, but idk, we left first.Um, Who decided it was a good idea to put a restroom in the children's play area ???I'm betting it was not the same person that set the 1 hour time limit for dining in !

Came in and waited 10 mins before getting help. All the staff was in the drive Thur area playing looking at their phones then when asked if someone worked front count we was told to order using the screens. And they was acting up. And the staff still didn't help. Staff was rude. Laster that night into the next day me and my daughter was sick. Don't eat the burgers!!
I ordered no pickle extra onions. Look a picture lol and they need more money to shrink the food and can't even prepare it

Breakfast sandwiches are typically served on burn English muffins and at lunch your likely to get more sauce than meat on anything. There is very little portion control on sandwiche dressing. And more often than not the order ends up wrong.

I would avoid the N Topeka McDonalds if you want your correct order in a timely manner. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Once AGAIN I was parked to wait on the iced coffee I ordered, & once again after waiting approx 10 min my order (both food & drink) were incorrect. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. 3 strikes & you are OUT McDonald's!
