Ordered from kiosk. Waited for 20 minutes then figured out they put my order in a doordash bag and had it sitting around for a while. Finally got the food and as expected it was cold and dry not to mention they forgot to give me my smoothie and got mad that i was still there after the lobby closed when i went back up to ask for my smoothie.

I ordered through the drive thru and had to go back. I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. And a mocha frappe and 2 breakfast burrito. I got a biscuit and eggs, two breakfast burritos and my drink. I went to the counter and let the manager know in a respectful way that can I get hotcakes with my order and I let her know that I didn't get sausage and she shakes my food and said your sausage is under the eggs. And gives me my hotcakes and has the audasity to say "go break a leg." Won't be going back there ever she needs to be fired.

Took a long time to get my food when I got my hamburger it was sloppily put together sauce all over the side halfway on the bun just didn't take pride they don't believe in speed anymore and the people that the window seems like they do not like their job

Ordered drinks countless times and I get drinks with ice completely occupying the cup and leaving minimal room for the actual drink. Today I decided to see how much of the drink there actually was and it didn’t even fill the medium cup I had, noting the drink I ordered was a large. Service is quick but my only complaint is for the drinks, I have to order drinks without ice to get a satisfying amount of drink.

If you are a regular customer and they see you everyday then your order becomes different every day that passes depending on if they like you or if they are in a good mood that day. There is a female Hispanic manager up there she is middle-aged and once she decides she does not like you then the rest of the employees will make your food poorly or treat you badly to trying to appease her and I don't blame them because they're just trying to get on her good side but avoid that woman like to plague I took pictures of the things she has personally made and served me and they have been so ridiculous that it's almost comical.

The employees will literally lie about meals that McDonald's offers.. I asked for a sausage mcmuffin meal and I was told it has to be rang in separately mind you I've been ording this same meal for past 4 weeks. I asked did this change over the weekend she said no.. so that tells me either she didn't know how to ring the order in or she's a liar.

Terrible honestly. Food is rarely correct. Messed up drinks twice on the same order. If you don't order your drink with ice you get about 2/5 of it but they don't tell you that till they hand you a very empty cup. So by their measurements most McDonald's drinks are ice. Manager didn't know the difference between a hot and iced drink. Missed both extra paid for shots of espresso. Customer service is of no help. They tell you to reach out to them but all they say is sorry better luck next time.
