This location in Topeka is so clean!!! and the employees are amazing people. So kind and accommodating! I will go back there not because I like fast food but because I loved the environment!

Worst service ever. 30 min in drive thru for a mobile order. 1 car in front of me and the inside was empty. Employees were rude and more worried about yelling at each other than the 2 cars trying to get food.

I have not been a fan of McDee's for years, but was quite impressed with the lobby remodel. Nice comfortable chairs a relaxed atmosphere. All I had was hot tea so no need to comment of their breakfast items...except to say how much smaller the appear to me tha 10 short years ago and how the price went up. I thought it strange when the sun was in someone's eyes the manager told the lesser employee to tell us he had to ask everyone in the area before lowering it. I was over all very impressed.
This one gets orders right and are always friendly. The one at gage not so much.

The people are great but the crispy chicken is HORRIBLE!!!! Burnt buns, chicken and pickles only. Tasted nasty! If you are trying to be like Chick-fil-A, you aren't!!!! No mayo, no lettuce and was awful. Waste of money. Fries were great. Customer service is great too.

Consistency with ticket times and meal accuracy is an issue. Some days you could spend 5 minutes in the drive-thru and other times spend 15 minutes and the order csn still be wrong. I won't say I hated it, but I will say that I disliked it.
