My service has been amazing ever since the new girl Heather has been working morning shifts she's always super friendly easygoing going has a smile and jokes even with us if the lines not moving fast in the mornings due to short staffing. I don't mind it because she's funny and very fun to talk to. She's always here and never complains.

Ridiculous waiting. Drive thru lines wrapped clear around the building, 3 or 4 cars would go through on one line before the other line got 1 car through. Waited 30 minutes in line to order then left when sitting without moving for another 5 minutes.

My wife works overnight, she stopped in to try and grab food. She saw lights are still on and when she tried going through the drive-thru no one would answer. As she walked up to the door to try lights were turned off immediately. Even though hours online show for 24. I understand it's also a Thursday night, the business shows they confirmed hours to be till midnight on Monday through Thursday 24 hours Friday through Sunday.
The food was delicious. We got our order in a timely fashion and we tried to McRib. It was good but you know it was kind of thrown together in the box and so that’s you know why the service aspect got three stars versus five overall good service I would recommend thank you.

Drinks were wrong for at least 4 orders. Please go back to the old system!!! An Egg Mcmuffin $4.47, a muffin with egg only $4.79. What is wrong here???

Some how I only got 1 patty on my Big Mac and it was small and now I'm mad the fries are fine they were rude and they said we didn't get 5 fries when we did

Most of the time they are what you can expect from a fast food restaurant but they are never truly 24 hours on the weekends.
