We ordered through a delivery service on Valentines day because we had little ones and couldn't go out. 45 minutes after On The Border showed they had accepted our order we got a call that our driver had gone to pick it up only to be told their computers were down and they couldn't do any online orders. DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS IF YOU CANT FILL THEM. Especially on Valentines Day!! Now what are we supposed to do??

Good food. Everything was fine until I saw my credit card statement and it didn't match what I wrote on the slip at the end of the night.Called in and the manager tried to convince me that I wrote down something different. Two problems:1 - I always make sure my total at the bottom line is a round number. The total they say I put down was not a round number.2 - His story on the bill total changed twice during our phone call. First my bill total was 92.11 then it was 87.11Definitely shady. If you go, keep your receipt and double check that they charged you the right amount. Personally I won't be going back, not with Jose Peppers right down the road serving basically the same food.
Never been a big fan of this place, everything tastes the same just called by different names.

Let me tell you about my service Monday night December 4th 2023 at On the Border and why I Will Not be returning. Wanted some fajitas remember that on the border has some very good fajitas with this very good tasting garlic sauce. Looked at the menu seen that the fajitas were almost $10 more than what they normally cost but that's okay I'm treating myself. Place my order get,my order, noticed my shrimp we're just still attends to light pink for me so I asked the waitress if she could take them back and put them on the grill for maybe a couple more minutes. She told me that I could just put them on the plate and they will cook. ??I was not only pissed because, she said what she said..but how you gonna tell me how to eat my food when I'm paying for it..!!! After I kind of looked at her for a second, then said okay she walked away in another waitress came and I asked that waitress if she could get the manager for me. She did, the manager Tim came over it was very polite. I told him what happened he apologized and asked if I wanted him to take the shrimp back to be cooked or just get another thing of shrimp, at that point I just was over it and I said just take the shrimp off so he said he would adjust the price of my meal and I continue eating my meal which was not good at all. the Quality is not the same , chicken pork dried out the steak was ok, but that Garlic butter which was the main reason why I use to get the fajitas... I posted what it looked like???.Will not be returning...
