I put a mobile order and when i received my bowl which was in a regular plate not in a bowl. I noticed until I got home that they only put chow mein on my bowl and not the the entre that was intended to be on there. I’m beyond disappointed

Wonderful hot food prepared where you can see it, I love that they now have a healthier side option of supergreens at this time, I cannot eat the low main or the Fried Rice, but they're both excellent period I can eat what I enjoy and still able to stay on my restricted. Diet right now.Dietary restrictions: They now have super greens. Wonderful choice as a side with your meat.

My son told me y'all had the best Orange Chicken and chow mein. Well, in my honest opinion, he was Right! I tried his and I really wished I would of gotten that rather than the Firecracker Shrimp! There is always next time. I am very surprised with my order too, very tasty, I got extra chili sauce for it because your Hot is about 4 packets of chili sauce away from Hot. Panda Express, you are on my list for to-go meals now!

Ignored for online orders. Order wrong. Soda had no syrup. Plenty of staff but several standing around talking.

The food is delicious, the staff is very attentive and provides good service, I like to go to this place at least once every 15 days.
Ray Charles and Helen Keller could run a Panda better. I placed an online order at 4:50pm so it would be ready by the time I arrived at the store. I showed up at 5:10pm and I was told they were making my order. I stood to the side for 7 minutes watching them make people in lines orders. After the 5 people in line were finished and paid they completed another online order and then were laughing and talking while slowly making my order. Absolutely astounding how it takes almost 30 minutes to make a plate and a bowl and then not even put any of the requests for napkins, sauce, or utensils in our bag. Top notch crew I must say.
