Companies like this should be put out of business. I tried to do a delivery they referred my order to door dash an hour later I have to drive to the pizza hut to get a refund. "OH I'll give you a credit if you ever decide to come back". Guess what no credit. I'm sick of worthless corporations.

Somewhere along the lines the communication was lost they send a delivery guy out with no way to make change .I don't know if this is his way of trying to get a huge tip or what but all I can say is relay critical info so your driver isn't standing there not knowing what to do all the food went back he didn't get a tip all because whoever took the order didn't tell the poor guy he needed to make change for a large denomination anyways pizza hut has consistently gone down hill and continues to fall

The pizza and cinnamon bread sticks were great, but the regular bread sticks were a little overcooked. All in all it was pretty good. We got carry out and it was ready pretty quickly.

My husband and I usually go to the Pizza Hut in Holton because it has dine-in. Recently we found out that the Pizza Hut on NW Topeka Blvd. has dine in. We went Saturday 9/30/23. We ordered at the counter told them we wanted to dine in. We ordered Cheese sticks and a pizza. We got both at the same time in boxes with no plates or silverware. The guy dropped them on out table and walked away. My husband went up to the counter to ask for plates and silverware, got plates but no silverware. He asked for Parmesan cheese and red pepper to which he was told that will be an extra charge. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I have never in my life been charged for cheese and peppers at any pizza place I have ever eaten at. Plus we ordered thin and crispy pizza and it was greasy and soggy. Also they don't have fountain drinks or tea. We will never go back, would much rather drive to Holton and get great service and great pizza. CLOSE YOUR DOORS, HORRIBLE. I only put 1 star cause it made me so I could post.

I like Pizza Hut. This is the closest location to my house and I don’t know why I give it so many chances. Something will be wrong every single time you order. The place is falling apart on the inside and the employees are always completely apathetic when something is messed up and they have to be prompted to even partly fix it. Like hey I ordered this item and it’s not here. Oh, we were out of that. Ok, could I get something different? What do you want? Other thing. We’re out of that. Then sighs and eye rolls if you want to just refund it. It’s like this every single time.
North Topeka is the the pizza hut who knows how to make pizza. It actually had toppings! Yummy

Ordered pickup by phone, the guy at the window was dumbfounded. It took him forever to find my order which was still not ready. I had to wait another 15 minutes. Pizza is overpriced

The order taker was so sweet and got the order just perfect. Went above and beyond to make sure my kiddo got her birthday lunch pizza exactly how she wanted it and even left a sweet surprise message on the box. ?

Pizza is usually good and the Pizza Hut Deals are very good. Usually do not have to wait long and pizza is ready in 15 to 25 minutes.
