5/2020 I have tried quite a few roasters during COVID, with a focus in Chicago area. I only drink single origin, lighter roast. Which limits my options.These have been the best beans I have received, no competition.I received them a few days after they were roasted (in IL).Was lucky to have ordered the two Ethiopian while they were on sale.Size options are 12oz and 5lbs; I wish there was 1lb. Fred was so patient with my friend .. and the coffee was delicious. Excellent customer service and excellent coffee . I had a iced latte with honey vanilla 2% milk. My friend had flat white with caramel. Must try place!
