Let me say this... I had a plan of getting some smoked wings and put them in the air fryer because I love a good crispy skin on a naked wing. I bought a slab of ribs with plans to drop them in the pressure cooker. Usually, ribs from commercial eateries have a little too much tear to them. While I don't need them fall off the bone tender, but a good bite should get them free. Ribs weren't as tender as we like, but others in our group had the brisket and said it was great! Coleslaw wasn't a creamy texture but was very good, with a bit of a kick.Not much seating but they accompanied us well. Looked to be extremely clean!!!
