Greats shakes and teas, loved every flavor I've had so far, and the staff is super friendly also! Soulfire also has the best hours compared to the other similar nutrition shops in the Topeka area. Most places are closed by 3 or 4 and not open or barely open on the weekends, Soulfire is open until 7 during the week and then open until 3 on Saturday AND Sunday making this shop the place to go for those like me who aren't off work until 4 during the work week but still want to partake...read full review
such a wonderful supportive place, with people who strive to be motivational and positively uplifting, while serving shakes and drinks that are healthy and delicious!! I love this place, basically my home away from home

Visited at 7am after I left the gym so the place was pretty empty. No wait time ( smiley face) I was greeted right away and the gentelman Frank I believe his name is, was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the tropical 24g protien shake. While it wasn't my favorite, I'm not quite sure what i didn't like about it. But i loved how creamy it was. I'm definitely going back to try others until I find a favorite.
