Great option for a burger and fries at a great price! Other than some long waits in the drive through, I can't think of anything negative to say about this place. They get the order right every time and the staff is friendly. Bravo!

I love Steak and Shake...its a darn shame many have closed up..go back to having servers....The extra staff and take care of customers and keep locations CLEAN and will make money....i see these current locations with no servoce..sooomany mistakes in D, TO, etc..they are losing money and pissing customers off....sooooo sad...my favorire chain restaurant for burgers and CHILI MAC

Place was almost empty. Waited 20 mins for my order while watching staff socialize. Finally got my order. Took it to my hotel room and they gave me someone else's order. Called and they would not issue a refund. I had to go back and get my order redone. Another person was having same problem. No apology. Just excuses. This place is a disaster. They said the owner won't give refunds. Terrible customer service!

if you want to eat inside, do yourself a favor and Oder in the drive thru then take it in. They do not have customer service inside. You have to order from a kiosk. and they don't know that they serve coffee in the evening after it rains s already paid for. Coffee was ice cold and there were no coffee creamers. they don't care about the customer anymore they would rathe talk to each other and play on their ohone. I wont be back.

When it comes to fast food burgers, I’m taking the crown off of all the crusty BKs in existence and giving them to Steak n Shake. The burgers were very affordable. I got 2 meals and a shake for about $16
